Doesn't work. Vet xferred from another app and "Send confirmation email" DOESN'T send anything, despite saying "email sent". (Yes, I checked my spam folder.) Unable to move further. No support available.
Can't access any links. I hope they fix the bugs bc it's completely useless now.
Can't get past the terms and conditions page because a bug won't let me go up to continue.
Urgent need to revise color schemes, text is so faint it is barely readable. Nothing in App settings to change the text color or intensity. Might be useful app if you could read the text!
Graphics/background color to bland and that makes is not easy to read any of your info.
Continued issues with login
It was useful but now stays on one page only. I touch the links and it does nothing. I tried reinstalling but it won't sign me in. I click forgot password and they don't send an email. Useless now
The mobile Android version is almost unusable due to the insufficient contrast between text and background color. It shows as light gray text on white background and wouldn't pass the minimal accessibility standards. This color scheme shouldn't even be a choice.
Not very user friendly. You cannot order medication refills with app. This is about the only thing I would use it for.
